Show Local Echoes. C. W. Perkins came home Tuesday from Marysvale and will remain until un-til after the holidays. The T. B. club was delightfully entertained en-tertained Tuesday evening by Miss O. Kearns. The evening was chiefly spent at sewing. Miss Buth Kearns and Miss Lucille Tuttle read Christmas Christ-mas stories. The next meeting will occur the first week after the Xmas-New Xmas-New Year holiday. The grade scoool gives a Christmas entertainment at the Casino this Friday Fri-day night. Pupils have been successful suc-cessful in selling tickets for the occasion. oc-casion. School closes today for vacation vaca-tion until alter the holidays. Next week the teachers are required to attend at-tend state convention at Salt Lake. The Tuesday Evening card club was delightfully entertained at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Bown, December 12. A dainty luncheon was served to the following members: Dr. and Mrs. J. A. Hagan, Mr. and Mrs. C. N. Jensen, Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Christenson, Mr. and Mrs. Ira Overi'elt, Mr. and Mrs. John E. Met-calf, Met-calf, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Jones, Mrs. J. M. Knighton, Mrs. Ray B. Metcalf, Mrs. George Ilalverson. Favors were won by Mrs. J. M. Knighton and Dr. Hagan. The club will meet at the home of A. M. Christenson, Dec. .19. |
