Show Sudden Death of Young Man at Mayfield Tlie sudde'n death last Saturday noon at Maytield of F. Arthur Christiansen Chris-tiansen was a shock to the community communi-ty there and Ids many acquaintances in this city. He was a man beloved by the community, having hav-ing served as president of tlie Young Men's mutual and of the Elders' quorum quo-rum for several years and was serving Ills second term as a councilman on the Ma field town boar,d besides hold-, ing other positions of public trust. A rtiiur Christiansen was a natvie of Maytield, born Dtcember 19, 1835, the son of Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Christiansen, Chris-tiansen, Jr. He is survived bv his w ife and five sons, the youngest two j ears of age. Funeral was held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Maytield meetinghouse, tlie speakers being Clyde Whitluck, liy-rum liy-rum Olson, Magnes Abelin of Epli-ralm, Epli-ralm, and Bishop Albertus Willard-ben Willard-ben who also directed the service. |
