Show Centerfield. It's a little late but not amiss to mention the niarrlaga of Eldon K. Childsof this place and Miss Erva Chrislensen of Chester, "which tock place at Manti, Mjy 8. Horn, at Centerfield, May 21, to the wife ob Rov S. Bardsley, a girl. Since the schoolsclosed Miss Arahoe Emjleylias been conducting a summer sum-mer course for her department which she will continue another week. Delroy Bardsley was the guest of honor at a party given at t.l le home of his uncle, E. II Bardsley on tne 23rd. about thirty relatives and friends being be-ing present. He was also honored by a public party at the opera house the following evening at which a goodly crowd took part and contributed a purse of $30 00. Mr. Bardsley was among the number to entrain from Manti last Monday for Camp Lewis. Miss Minnie Jensen, who lias, been attending tlie B. Y. U. at Provo is home for a short visit before taking summer course which she begins next Monday at Provo. Miss Jensen has been given a position as teacher at Centerfield school the coming season. Decoration day on Thursday was observed in compliance with the proclamation of President wilson by a service at 2 p. m. in the Cenferfleid meetinghouse. An interesting pro-giam pro-giam was given in connection with appropriate speaking At night a patriotie program was given by the Mutuals.
