Show THIRD YEAR COURSE FOR HIGH SCHOOL. The high school in Gunnison will have a third year course added this year, according to J. M. Knighton member of the school board. This privilege we are given to understand is granted as a try-out and if sufficient suf-ficient student support is forthcoming forthcom-ing there is no doubt that it will be permanently fixed. This year the schools throughout the district all open at the same time, September 13, for a term of eight and a half months. The high school is iucluded in this arrangement, since under the consolidation plan jurisdiction juris-diction is vested in one school board. Free transportation will be given pupils attending school from Cliris-tenberg Cliris-tenberg and West View. We are unable at this writing to obtain the full list of teachers employed em-ployed in the distric t, but for the high school at Gunnison and grade school in the places named they are: High School Joel E. Ricks, principal; princi-pal; Ferd Alder and a Miss Cooper. Gunnison O. I.
