K 2 E Serial Mas, Copies of said lists, so far as tbey relate to said tracts, by descriptive subdivisions, havti been conspicuously posted in this office for Inspection by any person interested, and by the public generally. During the period of publication of this novice, or aDy time thereafter, and before final approval and certification, under departmental depart-mental regulations of April 26, 1907, protests or .jont-ests against the claim of the State to any of the tracts or subdivisions hereln-bofcre hereln-bofcre described, on the ground that the saino Is more valuable for mineral than for agricultural porposes, will bo received and noted for report to the General Laud Office at Washington.
