Mr, and Mrs. Gee were married on the 13th inst. at Richfield, the bride's home and where they will reside. Mr. Gee hails from Freedom, this couuty. R K Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Christensou of Provo are guest3 at the old home here in Gunnison for a short stay. Mr. Cbristenson's familiar face a-mongst a-mongst us brings up past associations so often and pleasantly enjoyed. He can jolly as much as ever which by the way accounts in a measure for the avoirdupois he carries, He has not lost a bit of his love for this seo-tion seo-tion since taking residence at Provo. Mr, Chnstnson sees a bright future for Gunnison city aud is glad to have holdings here. And we are glad to see him looking so well. The election at Provo will unfortunately deprive him j of staying to "scratch" with the "temperance" "tem-perance" people of Gunnison, an opportunity op-portunity we opine he regrets. |
