Roy Midsen, who will leave here Sunday next for a course in agricul- ture at the Logan college, was the recipient of a pleasant surprise from the young people of Axtell last Saturday Sat-urday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Van Spalding ha"e just returned from Ephraim where they were recently married, aud are now comfortably located at the old Tilton Kauch. James Smith and family, who have been residing here during the summer, sum-mer, are selling out their household furniture and will move to Salt Lake in November. Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Madsen will leave for Salt Lake Sunday, taking tak-ing their little girl, who has spinal trouble, to a specialist for treatment.. Mrs. Hannah Anderson of Elsinore has been visiting relatives at Axtell. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Crowther are visiting relatives at Bear River. |
