M Young's new building, or some other convenient place, as a winter reading room, gymnasium and en- , tertainment hall. It would be opened every evening during the four winter months. Books, news papers, dumb bells, In Ban clubs, etc., would be provided. The move j is an excellent one. It would keep many of the boys off the streets at nights. Such a hall, properly conducted, could be made of immense im-mense good in a moral way. The firemen may depend upon our aid in the good work. |
