Show Secret Service Men. Washington. The special agents oi the department of justice, whose or ganization corresponds to the secret service of the treasury department were the subject Of communication to the house committee on judiciary by the attorney general. This communication communi-cation was offered by the committee on Wednesday in lieu of a report ol the house on the resolution of representation repre-sentation by Mr. Clark of Missouri. The attorney general's letter states that thirty-four special agents are now employed by the department, and that they are paid out of the appropriation appro-priation made under the head of "miscellaneous expenses for United States courts." |
