Show Creamery Question Ques-tion Unchanged. P. Jensen Tvilling came down from Fairview last Tuesday and held a meeting in the R. S. hall of those interested in supporting a creamery. The drift of Mr. Tvilling'q talk was evidently to get custom to his Fair-view Fair-view creamery in order to increase his output of buiter to meet the demand de-mand of a Salt Lake wholesale firm in which the gentleman himself is interested. The only benefit, seemingly, that would arise from transferring the business from the Jensen Creamery company to Mr. Tvilling would be the resumption of operation at the local plant, 'vhioh now standf idle through a five year lease to the Jen-sun Jen-sun company, Mr. Tvilling was accompanied by A. L. Larson, former superintendent of schools for this county and who is associated with the wholesale buiter company mentioned. A number of good points were brouht out, but the object for which the meeting was called fell through and the shipping of cream to Salt Lake will continue, while the local plant will stay closed and deteriorate in value. |
