Show CENTERFIELD. Nov. 19 A son was born to the wife of Joseph Hendricksen on the 12th Inst. Likewise on the same date to the wife of Peter Willardsen, a son, and on tha 18th a daughter to the wife of John Peterson. Hubert Childs has just returned home, with his family, after spending two years on the Weber in the. employ em-ploy of Kearns Bros. Miss Dora Nielson was called home this week from Salt Lake, occasioned y the illness of her mother. Miss Wilcox, teacher in our public school, was called to her home in Le-tai Le-tai last Sunday owing to a death and sickness in the family. The schools will all be closed here text week, to admit of the teachers attending the state convention at Salt Lake City. The vaudeville given in the opera house here this evening, by talent from the Gunnison high school was fairly well attended and very highly appreciated. Program for the Home Economics association to be held next Monday at two o'clock' in the Koyal Neighbor hall: Reading from the Montissori Mother, Mrs. ' August Villard; talk, Mrs. Clarice Larson; salad receipts, Mrs, Laura Hagan, Mrs. Hannah Jepson and Mrs. Jane Knighton. |
