Show Guild Has Memberships for the 1980-81 Tri-County Music Guild concert season will be available Oct. 14 - 31, coordinator Thelma Compton announced this week. Six concerts have been set, beginning Nov. 13 with the Utah Symphony performance per-formance at the Tabernacle. Taber-nacle. Salina Drug, Monroe Drug, and Thomas Music in Richfield will handle Guild memberships. Members may pick up their cards at these three locations. Other box offices, of-fices, open from 1 - 3 p.m., are at Zions Bank in Salina, as well as The Music Box in Monroe, and the General Store in Joseph. The season concert series will cost $10 for adults, and $5 for youths over 12. No tickets will be sold at the door on concert nights. All tickets are printed with concert dates and locations. "Phone ladies will be calling present and past members for renewals beginning this week," Mrs. Compton said. Besides the Utah Sym phony concert, Guile members will see the Utah Opera on Dec. 17; a locally-produced musical in February; the Deserel String Band in March; the Salt Lake City Highlandei Scots Bagpipers in April and the local Talent Sear ch in May. A special gift to tht community is a series oi concerts in area schools by the Northern Utal Honor Orchestra ir January. |
