Show NOTICE OF STOCKHOLDERS' MEETING. Notice is hereby given that the regular regu-lar annual meeting of the stockholders of the Round Mountain Mining Company Com-pany will be held at the Goldfleld Hotel, Goldfleld, Nevada, at 10 o'clock, a. m., on Monday, February 17, 1919, for the purpose of electing a board of directors, to vote on a resolution to change the principal office of this company com-pany in Nevada from Goldfleld to To-nopah To-nopah by changing and amending Article Ar-ticle II of the Articles of Incorporation Incorpora-tion of this company so as to read: "Second: That the principal office and place of business of said corporation corpora-tion in the state of Nevada is to be rooms 504-G05-506 State Bank & Trust Company building, at the corner of Main street and Brougher avenue, in the town of Tonopah, county of Nye, state of Nevada"; and of transacting any other business that may come before be-fore the meeting. The stock books of the company will not be closed. However, only stockholders stock-holders of record January 28, 1919, will be entitled to vote at the meeting February 17, 1919. D. 1919, will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, auc-tion, and, unless payment Is made before, will be sold on the 17th day of March, A.
