Notice is hereby given that a special spe-cial meeting of the stockholders of Pittsburg Consolidated Mining & Milling company, a corporation of Utah, has been called to convene at the office of the company, 23G Atlas block, Salt Lake City, Utah, at 3 p. m. on Monday, November 27, 1916. The purpose for which said meeting has been called is to consider and vote upon the proposition of amending amend-ing the fifth paragraph of the Articles Ar-ticles of Incorporation so as to increase in-crease the number of shares of the capital stock of the company from five hundred thousand (500,000) shares to one million shares, the capitalization to remain as it now is, and the par value to be reduced to fifty cents instead of one dollar, and for the further purpose of considering consider-ing and voting on any other proposition proposi-tion that may properly come before the meeting for consideration.
