To amend Article Seven of said Articles of Incorporation, which now provides for three directors, so that the same will provide that there shall not bo less than three nor more than seven directors, the number to bo determined de-termined from time to time by resolution resolu-tion of the Board of Directors. 4. To amend Article Ten of the Articles of Incorporation so that the same shall provide that a majority of the Board of Directors shall at all times be necessary to form a quorum and transact the business of the corporation. corpo-ration.
