It is safe to estimate esti-mate that during the strawberry season each family consumes on an average of two quarts each day. That amounts to 1,200 quails a day consumed by the entire town. This does not include the thousands thous-ands of quarts canned each year. So that in . the twenty -live da ys that these berries reign supreme, at least 30.000 quarts are eaten right here in Brigham. At five cents a quart t h ey would be v a 1 u ed at $1,500.00.
