County Clerk Peters was instructed in-structed to write Constable I'att-berg I'att-berg to arrest only those tramps whose violation of the law waw plain and against whom an action could be sustained. Mr. Madson was appointed to look after the operation of the road grader, and to arrange with the Brigham City band for using va- j cant room for practice, as per their petition. One dollar a week was appropriated appro-priated towards paying night-watchman's night-watchman's service.
