Show WHITE WAITERS AT MAXIMS - The management of the Cafe Maxim announces an-nounces an entire change in its service beginning be-ginning today when a complete crew of experienced experi-enced and well trained white waiters will take the place of the colored waiters formerly employed. em-ployed. George Weil, who has had long experience in a number of the best cafes in the country, has been appointed head waiter in charge of th& new men. Among the innovations which have been inaugurated in-augurated at Maxim's, the afternoon teas for the ladles are proving very popular. The high class patronage of the city has rapidly realized that Maxim's is the place they may always find prepared to serve them to the best advantage, and that in cuisine, service and entertainment is superior to other cafes. Among the new singers recently engaged are Miss Hallie !Foster, the Salt Lake favorite and Miss Elida Mourk of San Francisco. The new service, white exclusively begins at the lunch hour today.
