Show LEGAL NOTICES NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT. QUINCY JUNIOR MINING COMPANY. COM-PANY. Location of principal place of business, Salt Lake City, Utah. Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of said company, held on the 29th day of April, 1911, an assessment of one (1) cent per share was levied upon the outstanding capital stock of this corporation, payable immediately to the secretary at his office, care of the National Copper Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment assess-ment shall remain unpaid on Monday, the fifth day of June, 1911, will be delinquent de-linquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment is made before will be sold on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of June, 1911, at two o'clock p. m. at the office of the Company, care of the Nat'onal Copper Cop-per Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah, to pay the delinquent assessment, together to-gether with the costs of advertising and expense of sale. That Section 732 of tho Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City , iH of 1903, as amended by an ordinance jH passed by tho C'ty Council Novcmbor ' H 23, 1908, and approved by tho Mayor ,H November 24, 1908, be, and the same ;H Is hereby amended and re-enacted so H as to read as follows: i H SECTION 732. The Mayor by and ' ,H with tho advice and consent of the IH City Council, may appoint tho follow- H ing assistants and employees of tho i H Waterworks Department: f H One competent person as bookkeeper H and accountant, at a salary of flftoen H hundred dollars per annum. Ho shall ,H (?ivc bond to the Citv in tho sum of l $5,000.00, conditioned for tho honest, '1 faithful and accurate performance of H his duties, and the correct accounting H for and paying over of all moneys and H matters committed to bis care.
