Show IE. W. LOVEJOY. Unobstrusive, always gentle and kindly, always al-ways presenting an inborn, unpretentious courtesy which marked him under all circumstances a natural gentleman, he moved blamelessly through life, his path behind him radient with the flower of his charities; his real worth, his marked abilities abili-ties known only to the few who met him in close contact, he lived' a noiseless life and without with-out a sign passed on. It was like him. He took off the daily harness for a little sleep, intending to renew the work next morning, but he did not know how tired he really was, and as the stars went out in the approaching dawn, so did his life. The world was better that he lived, where his friends are the air is filled with lamenting that he died. |
