Be it ordained by tho City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: 1 - SECTION 1. One or more of said Installments, In tho order In which they are payable, or tho whole special tax may bo paid at any tlmo within thirty "days after tho approval of the ordinance confirming tho lovy of tho tax, without Interest. In tho event of any Installment or tho interest aforo-sald aforo-sald not being paid on tho date the same becomes duo, the whole amount of tho special tax unpaid at tho tlmft said installment and interest aro due, shall become duo and payable, and shall draw interest at tho rato of eight per cent por annum until salo of tho property assessed; provided, ono or more installments, In the order in which they are payable, or the whole special tax unpaid may be paid on the day any installment becomes duo, by paying the amount thereof and Interest In-terest to said date.
