Hower did on the 21st day of May 1907, make, execute and deliver to Utah Loan and Building Build-ing Association her one certain promissory prom-issory note for the sum of $1,000 with interest at the rate of nine per cent per annum from date until paid, payable pay-able according to the terms and conditions con-ditions in said note fully set out; and Whereas, to secure the jpaymenti of said note tihe said Julia C. Hower did on said date make, execute and deliver her certain trust deed to Josiah Barnett, trustee, conveying the property hereinafter described in trust deed, which said trust deed is recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County, Utah, in Book "5 R" of mortgages mort-gages at page 148, and provides that should default be made in the payment pay-ment of said note, or the interest, or in case of the breach of any of the covenants therein contained, the said trustee should proceed to sell the said property at public vendue to the highest high-est bidder for cash: and Whereas, the said maker of said note has failed to pay said note or the interest thereon, and there is due and owing thereon the sum of $1,000 with interest since Dec. 21, 1907, and there has been a breach of the covenants in said trust deed contained, and the holder of said note has requested said trustee to foreclose said trust deed and sell the premises to pay said in-, in-, debtedness; Now, notice is hereby given that . the undersigned Josiah Barnett, trustee, trus-tee, will on the 15th. day of Septem-er, Septem-er, 1910, at noon of said day, at the west front door of the county court house in Salt Lake City, Utah, sell to the highest bidder for cash the following fol-lowing described property in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, to-wit. to-wit.
