Show Editor and Apostle Charles W. Penrose was well represented at the St. Louis exposition, according ac-cording to a story brought back by people who were there just before the doors of the Utah exhibit ex-hibit were closed. It is related that the pictures had disappeared, the mineral display was invisible, invisi-ble, the few remaining fixtures were in a condition condi-tion of unheaval, but on a center table, conspicuous conspic-uous and luminous, was a large bundle of Mormon church tracts from the exhaustless fountain pen of Apostle Editor Penrose, surmounted by a large plackard inviting the visitor to "take one." The editor cannot be accused of any lack of versatility in spreading the Mormon gospel. |
