Show POULTRY MEET HELD YESTER YESTERDAY committee appointed to outline hauling plan all to fe feed ed state masl mash 1 A meeting of 0 the box elder poultry I 1 producers cooperative association was held yesterday afternoon at the commercial club rooms in this city which was well attended the committee previously appointed to sign up the laying hens ot of the county in order to secure a population ot of chickens mec necessary essary to secure the egg eeg grading plant reported that hens bens had been signed up with available as soon az aa definite plans fo tor the plant were completed twenty tour four new members have leen been added to ito the local association prof byron alder ot of the utah agricultural ri Ti college was present and addressed the meeting he gave some timely advice to the poultry men on feeding and glading and encouraged a a greater cooperation he also stress ei cj the importance ot of feeding the state association uniform mash it was de aided by the producers here to use this mash and a carload was ordered for immediate delivery A carload of whole corn was also ordered and members ot of the association volunteered to un alad the two cars of 0 feed eed without cost to their associate members A committee composed compo ted 0 of georgec Geor goC laney veran boothe and john E baird was appointed to workout a detailed hauling plan tor for conveying eggs irom from all parts ot of the district to this city for grading under this plan all will pay a pro rata tte rate so BO it will cost the producers in the outlying g districts no more than those living near the plant to have their eggs |
