Show By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 We have almost appreciated the recent winds to help dry out some of the mud. Helen Willis, Carla Ramsay and Triessa Hepworth were in St. George for the bridal shower for Kiva Barzean, who is the fiance of Lucas Ramsay. The date has been set for Mar. 24. Frankie and Gayle Moore, Wade and Ryan Moore were in Salt Lake City for Wade's doctors doc-tors appointment at the Burn Center. The trip home was mis-' erable as they all had the flu. Ramona Copfer took Lisa to the doctors on Tuesday with the flu. On Tuesday, Ramona was in Cedar City for tests. Doyle and Kathryn Nielson and Lula Moore went to Salina to take their grandson back home. They met his parents there. From there they visited Lucille Meacham Parson. She's doing much better now. Kezli Floyd, daughter of Steve and Kasidi Floyd, spent several days in Garfield Memorial Hospital with pneumonia. pneu-monia. ' Gary and Sandy Johnson held their annual Ruby's Inn Retreat. Family members attending were Bob and Marilyn Lifferth and their married daughters of Salt Lake City. Also Gretchen Nott and three children of Lehi; Richard and Carol Liffereth; Wes and Mary Lynn Lifferth of Pay son; Joe and Ann Nelson and family of Salt Lake City. Also there was their daughters Rachael of Provo and Esther of Cedar City; Rebecca Albrecht and two sons of Minersville; Brady and Ruth Carter of Cedar City. Some went on hikes at Bryce and others made quilts. On Sunday, they attended church here followed by a family fami-ly dinner. 1 The full time LDS missionaries, missionar-ies, Sister Isimeli of the Figi Islands and Sister Valenti of Carthage, MO were able to spend three nights with Ernie and Wynona Henderson. Karen Barker and Kim Johnson helped totake them to Panguitch. They appreciate all those generous folks who have them over for meals. Sister Isimeli will be returning home this week. We wish her well. Released from the LDS High Council on Sunday were Don Coleman and Ralph Chynoweth. Sustained in their place were Link Chynoweth and Jeff Johnson. Karin Barker was sustained sus-tained as Relief Society teacher replacing Collette Mathews. Dorsie Huffaker and Shelby and a friend went to St. George ", to the Electric Theatre to see Mitch Henderson perform on Friday night. On Saturday, ' Mitch met Ernie and Wynona ' Henderson in Salt Lake City to attend the final home game of the University of Utah. Also there for lunch at the U was Jolene Dixon, Brian & Trish Dixon and Casey Dixon and Danielle Di Sera and Dallas Henderson. Later they all went back to Riverton where they celebrated cel-ebrated Dallas' birthday. On Thursday Ernie and Wynona Henderson went to . Cedar City for an appointment with the eye doctor. |
