Escalante City received notice of certification by City Recorder Schulkoski on May 10, 2000. The property is 1.4 acres and borders the corporate boundaries on two sides. On the south, the property prop-erty borders the corporate boundary (165 North) for a distance of 170.50 feet. On the west, the property borders the corporate boundary (300 East) for a distance of 165.36 feet until the corporate boundary turns west at 200 North.
