Show By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Don and Mary Lindgren were in Richfield on Sunday for the arrival of their new grandchild, sixth child of Lesia Dalton. On Wednesday, Aug. 28, Don and Mary Dell then attended the St. George LDS Temple. Bill Wiley, Kenneth King, Randy Gleave and others were on the East mountain riding for cattle. The new fire is down by Marysvale starting in the Cottonwood Canyon and moved on over to the front of the range above the Deer Trail. The wind came up which was. not a help. Van Wiley was injured on Friday with his four-wheeler and a pick'up: ' trick which tried to pass him as he was turning into the gate to1 the meadow. Farmers here are putting up their second cutting so glad the water has held up giving them more hay. Carol Blood spent a night in the Richfield Hospital for a check-up and she will be having surgery on Sept. 5. Jerry and Janene Savage traveled trav-eled to Cedar City on Friday for a medical check-up. Natalie Porter was called to Malad, Ida., after her mother had a stroke, but Natalie is home now since her mother is doing better. |
