Show Two Co-Workers Arrested At Lake PANGUITCH LAKE Officers Offi-cers from the Garfield County Sheriffs office, backed by by the Utah Highway Patrol, responded to the scene of an altercation at Panguitch Lake, Friday afternoon, May 17. Around 2:30 p.m. police dispatch dis-patch received a report of a fight in progress at a lake resort. Upon arrival deputies placed under arrest two construction workers Paul S. Henrie, 34 and Tommy Henrie, 30, both of Panguitch.
