Show By Mayall Sawyer 735-4207 The Hyrum and Mayall Evans reunion was held at Red Point, on Sept. 5. Those attending from out of town were: Rodney and Linda Perry and son, Salt Lake City; Scott and Myra McGavin and children, Murray, Evan and Penny Wilcock and family; Hal and Roma Wilcock, Cedar City; Ralph and Sherry Wilcock and sons, Panguitch; Roma and Penny Evans and Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Evans, Salt Lake City; Hope Dal-ton, Dal-ton, Panguitch; Jeffrie and Heidi Scholtzen, Dennis and Barbara Dalton; and Jennifer Baldwin and children, Las Vegas, Nev.; Gib and Shannon Clark, Kanab; Noreen, Clark and Elsis Evans, Washington City; Rich and Ireta Tubbs, St. George; Deloy and Joleen Evans, Hurricane; and Shirleen Jensen, Las Vegas. Visiting Karl Lowder and attending at-tending the reunion were his children, chil-dren, Laretta Crofts and girls, Orderville; Mary Beth Schmutz, Washington City; Seth and Velta Lott, Enoch; and Karleta, Angela and Alessa Riggs, Panguitch. Visiting Bob and Ardis Evans and also attending the reunion were: Eddie and Kim Hamblin and boys, Eager, Ariz.; Michael and Velinda Evans and children : of Arizona; daughter Amy and ' granddaughter, Zoey. Douglas and Eva Evans and son, Scott Evans of Fredonia, Ariz.; and Wally and Vickie Anderson An-derson and family, Mesquite, Nev. all visited friends and relatives. rela-tives. Clint and Joyce Warby from Ferron visited the Bob Evans family. Gary Don and Jonathan Mecham, Rupert, Ida., also attended at-tended the reunion representing : John and Nell Evans Mecham. Mae Evans Swapp, Salt Lake City, who is 85 years young, performed per-formed with a pantomime and dance to the tune of "Second Hand Rose", which was a big success. suc-cess. Ramon and Harriet Swapp and Spencer and Bonnie Swapp of Fairview also attended the party. Others in attendance were Harry and Erma Bauer, St. George; Brody and Shawnee Syrett and family, Bryce; Patt (See HATCH on page 5-A) 1 Hatch News From Page 2-A and Ileta Dix, Panguitch; and Richard and Jessie Dix and children, chil-dren, of St. George. Overall, there were 128 in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. Dean Barnhurst, Las Vegas, met Tony and Lillian Ballator of Salt Lake City here for a family get-together last week. The Torreses of Cedar City held a family reunion last weekend week-end at the Leland Riggs farm. Janice Ross and children, Boulder City, Nev., visited Leland Le-land and Adell Riggs during the long weekend. Visiting the Craig Barneys over the long weekend was their son Ryan Barney, Cedar City. Ferrill Barney and family of Las Vegas visited family members mem-bers here this past weekend. Beth Weideman was trying to be kind to the animals by feeding them. They weren't so kind in return. Her black and white "friends" sprayed her home! |
