Eight Panguitch High School business students returned re-turned triumphantly from tough one-day competition compe-tition at the Business Applied Technology Day held at Southern Utah University in Cedar City. JRHS Students Win Business Awards Thirteen business students from Panguitch High School, accompanied ac-companied by Advisor Curtis Barney competed in the annual Southern Utah University Business Busi-ness Applied Technology Day on Apr. 21. With some 25 schools and 400 students participating from Utah, Nevada and Arizona, eight students stu-dents emerged winners on both a team status and individually in the day long competition. Taking 3rd place on the Word Processing Team were Ronda Hatch, Sara Marker and Erica Torgerson. Hatch also took a 2nd place in individual competition. A 3rd place was also awarded to the Business Law Team of Brady Johnson, Wayne Lewis and Michelle Morgan. A second Business Law Team with Curt Brown, Cortney Coff-man Coff-man and Sara Marker took a 1st place award with Curt Brown and Cortney Coffman placing in the top five in individual competition. |
