Show - Boulder Sews - LeNora LeFevre Gladys LeFevre and her mother Dorothy Lyman were in Salt Lake City where Dorothy had surgery on her throat at the Holy Cross Hospital. They returned home October 1. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Haws are Chriss Alvey and Morell Ormond of Colorado Springs, and Neta and husband Owen Wooley of Orem. Jim Brady's son Jimmy Brady is with him at the ranch. Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Wentworth of St. George visited with Mrs. Wentworth's brothers Ivan Lyman and Truman Lyman. Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Lyman came to see Mr. Lyman's father Truman Lyman and to hunt elk. Jack and wife Melissa Lyman came with their four daughters to spend time at their home. Barbara Gardner and Pearl Wells went to the Women's Conference I held in Escalante at the LDS stake center. Heber Hall accompanied by his sisters LeNora LeFevre and Dixie Shakespear went to Salt Lake City where the girls visited with nephew Richard Hansen, and nephews and wives Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Hansen and Mr. and Mrs. Hurley Hansen. While there they went to the state fair, the Ice Capades, Snowbird Resort, and to the swap meet. Richard Hansen, George and wife Cari Olsen, Dewey and wife Twila Hansen, E.R. and wife Dixie Shakespear, LeNora LeFevre and Virginia Taylor, and Christine Matthews all hiked to Upper Calf Creek Falls on Sept. 29. The falls arc just spectacular. Richard Hansen, Mr. and Mrs. George Olsen and Virginia Taylor of Salt Lake City and Christine Matthews of Cedar City were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mac LeFevre. Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Hansen and two children were guests at the LcFair Hall home. Ilia Winn of Richfield brought her sister Neta Poulson home from Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield. Ilia plans to stay a few days. Judi Davis and Vida Frost sponsored a PTA bake sale Oct 3. Dr. and Mrs. Robert Cummings of San Diego are on vacation at their ranch home in Salt Gulch. Dr. and Mrs. Frank Earnest of San Diego are here at their ranch home for a month's vacation at Salt Gulch. The Boulder Mountain is alive with elk hunters who came for the hunt. |
