Show i Ranger Signs Decision Memo ESCALANTE The Escalante Ranger District of the Dixie National Na-tional Forest is planning to control soil erosion by closing 26 miles of unplanned roads to the use of all terrain vehicles (ATV's, jeeps, and 4x4 drives) and revegctate at least 36 acres. The location is 15 miles south of Antimony, Utah. The main access road to Pacer Lake, Otter Ot-ter Lake, Grass Lake, and Riddle Swale to Mud Lake would remain open. Escalante District Ranger, Kevin R. Schulkoski, signed a Decision Memo and Finding of No. Significant Signifi-cant Impact on April 4, 1991. This decision is subject to appeal ap-peal pursuant to Forest Service regulations reg-ulations at 36 CFR 217.
