Show Brian Lee Harris Harris Earns Eagle Award Brian Lee Harris received his Eagle Scout Award in a combined Court of Honor held Sept. 8, 1991. He's the son of Mr. and Mrs. David Harris. Brian's Eagle Scout project was to construct racks to hold oxygen tanks for the Panguitch Fire House. This was under the direction of Russell Bulkley, Panguitch Fire Chief. Brian was assisted in his project by Royce Pollock, varsity leader. Twenty-one earned merit badges are required to earn the Eagle Scout Award. Brian had the opportunity to earn 27 different badges. Brian stated that without the help of Royce Pollock and Russell Bulkley he could not have achieved this honor. Others receiving their Eagles, at the same ceremony, were Ryan Clark and Blake Dalton. All belong to troop 6681. |
