ELECTION NOTICE TO: ALL QUALIFIED ELCTORS OF ESCALANTE TOWN, GARFIELD GAR-FIELD COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH: PLACE TAKE NOTICE that on the 8th day of April, 1986, a Special Bond Election will be held in Escalante Town, Garfield County, Utah, at the place set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said Town the following Proposition: PROPOSITION Shall the town council of Escalante Town, Garfield County, Utah, be authorized to issue wastewater revenue bonds of said municipality in the amount of not to exceed nine hundred seventy five thousand .($975,0O0.(y .dollars for the purpose of paying part of the cost of acquiring through purchase or construction, or both, a system for the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater and sewage including collector and trunk lines, lagoons and other treatment facilities, acquiring necessary and for the purpose of paying expenses reasonablyincurredin connection with the acquisition and construction of said improvements and the authorization and issuance of said bonds; said bonds to be due and payable in not to exceed forty (40) years from the date of said bonds, to be payable solely as to both principal and interest from the net revenues to be derived from the wastewater and sewage system of the municipality and under no circumstances to be a general obligation indebtedness of the municipality within the meaning of any state.constitutional provision or statutory limitation nor a charge against the general credit or taxing powers of said municipality?
