Be it ordained by the city council of Panguitch City, Garfield County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, as follows: 1. Section 3-502, Revised Ordi-v Ordi-v V nances of Panguitch City, is hereby Vi amended to read as follows: The governing body shall hold two (2) regular meetings, which shall be held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, at the Panguitch City Courthouse which meetings shall begin at 6:30 p.m.; provided that: A. if the meeting date is a legal holiday, then the meeting may dc held at the same time andplacc, on the next day which is not a legal holiday; or may be cancelled or rescheduled, in the discretion of the City Council. B. The governing body may, by resolution, provide for a different time and place for holding regular meetings of the governing body; and may. by order, provide for the time ana place of holding special meetings of the governing body. 2.
