Show Escalante Man Bound Over On Felony Charge ESCALANTE Evidence presented pres-ented at a preliminary hearing Nov. 17 at Sixth District Court in Panguitch convinced Judge David Mower to bind an Escalante man over for trial. Gary Lee Harding, 43, was charged with receiving stolen property, a second degree felony and, after arraignment, entered a not guilty plea. 'ine cnarges relate to a three-quarter-ton customized Chevy pickup that was reported stolen from a consignment lot in Spanish Fork in March 1992. Harding was released on his own recognizance. The case will be set for trial when a new replacement judge is named for Judge Don Tibbs who retires shortly. |
