Show James Ercil Henrie PANGUITCH James Ercil Henrie, 85, of Panguitch, Utah died at his home November, 25, 1993. He was born Dec. 22, 1907 in Panguitch to John Nathaniel and Emma Lee Henrie. He married Maxine Anderson, Mar. 30, 1934 in Monroe, Utah. The marriage was solemnized Nov. 20, 1934 in the Manti LDS Temple. He devoted his life to missionary mission-ary service for the LDS Church. He was an Insurance Underwriter for many years. Survivors include wife, Maxine, Panguitch, Utah; three sons and spouses, Terry and Leola Henrie, Panguitch, Utah; James Bruce and LaDona Henrie, Las Vegas, Nev. and Donald Kirk and Janet Henrie, Morgan Hill, Calif.; two daughters and spouses, Sunny Lee Konold, St. George, Utah and Nyla Ray and Clayton Leavitt, Las Vegas, Nev.; 30 grandchildren and 50 greatgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; two sisters, LaVera Hanning, Boulder City, Nev. and Hazel Dean Wignall, Payson, Utah. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Nathaniel Orald, DuWayne Lee, Gerald V., S. Nyal, Barton, and Arthur D.; sister, Emma; son-in-law, Rudy Konold; two grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sat-urday, Nov. 27, 1993 at 1 p.m. in the Panguitch 1st LDS Ward Chapel in Panguitch, Utah with Bishop Jon Lee Torgerson officiating. officiat-ing. James Craig Henrie offered the family prayer prior to the opening open-ing of the service. Prelude and postlude music was provided by Christine Littlefield with James Bruce Henrie giving the invocation. A musical selection "How Great Thou Art," was sung by the congregation congre-gation under the direction of Cath-line Cath-line Marble and accompanied by Norma T. Henrie. Sunny Lee Henrie Konold spoke, followed by another musical selection, "Families Can Be Together To-gether Forever" by the family greatgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, accompanied by David Henrie Konold. Donald Kirk Henrie spoke, followed another musical selection, "Goin Home" by Thomas D. Hatch, accompanied by Diane Brown. Two speakers, Ercil Terry Henrie Hen-rie and Bishop Jon Lee Torgerson spoke, followed by a musical number num-ber by the congregation, "Ye Elders of Israel" under the direction of Cathline Marble and accompanied by Norma T. Henrie. The benediction benedic-tion was offered by Nyla Ray Henrie Hen-rie Leavitt. Pallbearers were Michael T. Henrie, James Craig Henrie, Cal D. Henrie, Duane L. Henrie, D. Ma-glcby Ma-glcby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield. i Mvrtle Wilson Baldwin CANNONVILLE Funeral services for Mary Myrtle Wilson Baldwin, 94, of Cannonville, who died Nov. 21, 1993 in Ogden, Utah were held on Friday, Nov. 26, 1993 in the Cannonville LDS Ward, Cannonville, Utah. Bishop Joe Thompson officiated with Gai Shakespear providing the prelude and postlude music. Bruce Spencer gave the family prayer prior to the opening of the service, followed by an invocation by Wallace Wal-lace Ott. A granddaughter, Darlcne Spencer sang a vocal solo, "Oh, If I Were An Angel," followed by a eulogy eu-logy from great-granddaughter Kayleen L. Shakespear. A nephew, Val Wilson spoke followed by a vocal solo from Kurt Boyter. Volma Heaton, a nephew also spoke, followed by remarks from Bishop Joe Thompson. Bruce and Darlcne Spencer sang a vocal duct, "As I Have Loved You," followed fol-lowed by Thorley Johnson giving the benediction. Pallbearers were grandsons Brent Baldwin, Russell Baldwin, Matt Baldwin, Waller F. Henderson, Hender-son, D. Michael Henderson, Charles R. Henderson, David Baldwin and grandsons-in-law William T. Scoffield, Lynn A. Cottle, Cot-tle, N. Mazcl Littlefield and Bruce Spencer. Honorary pallbearers were great-grandsons Trent Scoffield, Tyler Scoffield, Talmage Scoffield, Tosh Scoffield, Troy Scoffield, Cy Baldwin, Scth Baldwin, Caleb Baldwin, Brad Cottle, Chad Cottle, Kelly Littlefield, Kerry Littlefield, Keith Littlefield, Kody Littlefield, Saul Henderson, Scth Henderson, Dustin Spencer and Tyler Spencer. Allison, Alli-son, Shelly Scoffield, Staccy Scoffield, Kathy L. Walizer, Kayleen L. Shakespear, Karlin L. Purdie, Sammi Witt, Tori Henderson, Hender-son, Pam Henderson, Kali Henderson, Hender-son, Jennifer Henderson and Ashley Henderson. Great-great-granddaughters are Cody Paul, Ashli Paul, Dustin Paul, Heather Littlefield, Zachary Littlefield, Little-field, Mary Walizer, Michaele Walizer, Jaclyn Littlefield, Deanna Littlefield, Kallahan Shakespear, Shelby Littlefield, Johnathan Littlefield, Little-field, Jennafer Littlefield, Kaidcn Shakespear, Kayla Shakespear, Kyler Purdie and Guy Purdie. Compassionate services were rendered by the sisters of the Cannonville Can-nonville LDS Ward Relief Society. Interment was in the Cannonville Can-nonville Cemetery with Bishop George W. Thompson performing the dedication of the grave, under the direction of Ncal S. Maglcby & Sons Mortuary, Richfield. iMvrtle Judd Shakespeare PROVO Myrtle Judd Shakespeare, Shake-speare, age 64, beloved mother, died November 23, 1993 in Provo. She was born May 31, 1929 in Panguitch, Utah to Richard Taylor (Jack) Judd and Martha Lenora Cameron. She married Dwight Shakespeare, April 4, 1947 in the St. George LDS Temple. They were later divorced. She was educated in Panguitch and Provo. She was a member of the LDS church and held various callings. She was involved with the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) organization, holding state and national positions. She worked 22 years for the state of Utah in the Liquor Control Commission Store in Provo, where she retired in 1993 as manager. Myrtle is survived by four sons and one daughter: D. Judd Shakespeare Shake-speare (Lonna), Bountiful; Larry D. Shakespeare, Sr., Provo; Dr. R. Craig Shakespeare (Dcbby), Harkcr Heights, Texas; M. Bradley Shakespeare Shake-speare (Debbi), Orem; Mrs. Joseph L. (Alicia) Copeland, Orem; 18 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one sister, and one brother. She was proceeded in death by her parents and six brothers and one sister. Funeral services were held Friday, Fri-day, Nov. 26, 1993 at 2 p.m. in the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo. Interment Inter-ment was in the Provo City Cemetery Ceme-tery under the direction of Berg Mortuary. |
