Then she and Erna Rlggs left on a trip to Canada, on their return Merle brought her granddaughter Starlee Stowell home to visit. Mr. and Mrs. Donald Stowell came and stayed a few days then left Sean and Caleb to visit their grandmother while they were In St. George on business. Visiting at the home of Elizabeth Foyareher children, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Foy, Ponca City, Okla.; Mr. and Mrs. Will Robinson, Las Vegas; and Mary Susan Foy, Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Morris have returned home after being in Salt IAke City for a week while Carl was having some testing done. Mr. and Mrs. James Miller, Watford, N.D. are visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reid Miller and her parent s Mr. and Mrs. Bill Nielson in Cannonville. Mr. and Mrs. Dell Hatch, San Francisco, Calif, were in town over the July 24 weekend visitng family and friends and attending his class reunion. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. James Yardley have been their son and his children Jimmy V. Yardley, Salt Lake City and Dr. and Mrs. Donald Lappe They all attended the Hatch reunion on the Mammoth. The M. V. and Cleo Hatch family reunion was held at the ranch on the Mammoth. Hatch families and the Houston Hatch families. James Chidester, Salt Lake City spent a week visiting his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Keith 0. Henrie. Visiting at the home of Hazel Sevy have been her son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Layne Sevy, Stockton, Calif.; granddaughter and husband Mr. and Mrs. Randy Bunn, Hanford, Calif.; grandson Bruce Sevy, Seattle, Wash, and grandson and wife Mr. and Mrs. Richard Sevy, West Jordan. The Rebecca and Owen Orton family reunion was held at the Morris Orton cabin at Panguiteh Lake on Sunday the July 21. Visiting at the home of Mr, and Mrs. Mac Miller were their daughters and their husbands, Mr. and'Mrs. Ron (Helen) Dalby, West Jordan and Mr. and Mrs. Kent (Gaylene) Hammond, Washington City. They attended their class reunions while here. Steve Hammond and Russell Hammond are staying with their grandparents for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Cullen Holyoak, Cedar City visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carvel Henrie. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Rlggs have had a houseful: their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Riggs, Jacksonville, Fla.; Mr. and Mrs. Howard Foy, Ponca City, Okla.; Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Ipson, Price and Kathy Riggs, Nephi. Jay and Myrtle traveled to California recently where they attended the baptism of their granddaughter Kimberly, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Riggs. They brought grandchildren Robin and Craig home to visit over the July 24 holiday. Their son-in-law Blaine Ipson was put in the bishopric at Price on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Fullmer, Circleville visited with their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fullmer. Mr. and Mrs. Alma Jensen, Cedar City visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Cooper, Mr. and Mrs. Jim James, Bloomington are visiting her brother Jim and sister Grace Young. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Voris, Kanab were in town visiting over the holiday. Jack was the Forest Ranger here. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Lee and daughter Brooke, Las Vegas were here visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Allen and her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Burton and her brother Frank Haycock. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Fincher have their two grandchildren Michael and Christy Neville of California visiting with therriy Mr. and Mrs. Earl Jolley, Tropic visited their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jolley. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Robert Gardner are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Smith, Fillmore and his mother Marjorie Gardner, Delta. Julia Nicholes and Angelia Shef-fer, Riverton and Neucllle Green, Ephraim are visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Tebbs. Angelia and her family will stay the rest of the summer, while waiting for at their new home to be completed." John Chidester and Dan Chidester, both Richfield and Tanya Chidester Henrie, Carlin, Nv. were in town visiting. Mr. and Mrs. George Heidt, Provo are visiting her brothers and their wives, Mr. and Mrs. Verd Worthen and Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Worthen: 'They attended Avis' class .reunion , and George enjoyed fishing with Verd and LaMar. Myrtle Raybold, Bountiful visited her brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Wilcock and she attended her class reunion, the class of 1932-33. The Norton cousins gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Don Bridges for their get together. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Owens have been their children, Mr. andr Mrs. Jim (Jan) Hoyt, Orderville; Mr. and Mrs. Joe (Julie) McMullin, Washington; her father Vernon Holman, Bountiful and her sister Carol Horton and son Michael Horton, Provo. Malinda Horton, Provo is spending the summer with Mr. and Mrs. Bob McCullough. Visiting at the home of Grace Young have been her sons and their wives, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Young, Holliday and Mr. and Mrs. James N. Young, Bountiful. Pauline Flowers, Columbus, Ohio and Mr. and Mrs. Maunes of Salt Lake City and her daughter Mrs. Helen Bird of Richfield. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Lee, Salt Lake City visited with Mr. and Mrs. Jay Dickinson. Mr. and Mrs. Kay Mangum, Tropic spent July 24 with Merle Stowell and took in the celebration. Jerri Fackrell, her daughter Susie and friend LaDawn Wilson, Sprinville were visiting In town for the holiday. Dr. and Mrs. Stanley Bezak, Virginia Minn, were visiting in town over July 24. Dr. Bezak and his wife Carrie were here at the hospital a few years ago. Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Price were their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Howard K. Prince, Bountiful and granddaughter and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Keith (Sheila) Trott, West Jordan; and Carma Sproul, Washington City. Mr. and Mrs. Nile Miller, Cedar City; Mr. and Mrs. Garth Cameron, Mr. and Mrs. Fearl (Maxine) Lynn and the Camerons) daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Young of Las Vegas are spending time at their cabins at the lake and were in town for the July 24 celebration. The Cameron reunion was held at the lake. While the Fearl Lynns were at the reunion their home in Las Vegas was burglarized. Visiting at the home of their father Vernon Reid and at the home of their sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Kirk Moore this past week have been his daughters and their husbands, Mr. and Mrs. Jay (Rosemary) Christ ensen, Rexburg, Ida.; Mr. and Mrs. Robert (Iletta) Green, Bountiful; and Mr. and Mrs. Francis (Carol Anne) Spencer, Heber. Also visiting at the Moore home was their daughter and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Kevin (Cyndl) Bangerter, Bountiful. They all attended the race meet In Beaver and celebrated the birthdays of Matthew Bangerter and Kevin Moore while here. Those attending the Goulding reunion at Henrieville on July 27 were Hope Goulding, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Goulding, Rip Goulding, Gretchen Goulding and Cauleen Goulding, Lorene Hepworth and Kevin Hepworth, Laura, David and Susie Julander, all Panguiteh; Ronnie Adair and Garna Dee Webb of Cedar City. Ronnie has spent a week visiting his aunt and uncle Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hepworth and Garna Dee has come to spend some time with them. Visiting at the Hope Gouldings were Joel Dutton, Nancy Dutton, Mary Ann Dutton and Jake Dutton, Fredonia, Ariz.; Mr. and Mrs. Jim Goulding, Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Savage, Las Vegas, Nev. Sara Worthen has returned home after having surgery at Provo. She had visiting her, Mr. and Mrs. Bruin Crofts and Lucy Crofts, Orderville and Ida Riggs, Kanab. Visiting at the home of Mr. and "Mrs. Larry Frandsen have been their son Clifford Lynn and. friend Betty Vipperman, Las Vegas; their" daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.' Jack (Pat) Oetting, Mission Viejo, Calif.; their daughters and husbands, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil (Adele) Lundy, Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Jim (Anna Rae) Manner, Alamo, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Jon (Jacqui) Hunt, Blanding; their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Jon Hatch, Elsinore and grandson Bill Lynn, Reno, Nev;; brother and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Hatch, Salt Lake City; and Carol Poulson, Salt Lake City. They attended the John Hatch Sr. Reunion in Tropic and the Henry Excel! reunion at Rubys Inn. Pat and Adele also attended their class reunions. Ida Orton Graham, Ogden and her daughter Louise Goulding Crosby) Kansas were here attending the Rebecca and Owen Orton reunion and staying at the Morris Orton home. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Proctor were their daughter and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Jerald (Shaunna Rae) Witters, Callente, Nev.; and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Blake, Kearns. Visiting Anna Frandsen were her daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Glade Owens, Kanab and granddaughter Sherry Bridges, Kanab and grandson, Jerry Owens, Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. James (Torla) Boucher, St. George and Gordon Henrie, Eager, Ariz., visited their mother Njna Hatch and grandmother Mary D. Sargeant. Norman Henrie and Dora Ann Henrie, Taylorsville are at their home here for July 24. They also visited with her mother Nina Hatch and grandmother Sargeant. Mr. and Mrs. George Talbot are in town visiting from Boulder City, Nev. Visiting at the home of Irene Cooper have been her niece and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Gary (Rayola) Webb, Ely, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Glendon (Melba) Larsen, Sacramento, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Elbern (Cleo) Sorenson, Orderville; Lydia Harris and daughter Marie Harris, Salt Lake City, Jean Blair, Mammoth, Ariz. ; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Barlow, Marysvale and Chloe Morrill, Junction. Merle Stowell and Erna Rlggs spent-a week visiting in Raymond, Alberta, Canda. They were accompanied by a missionary companion of Erna's, Barbara Taylor, Provo. They visited a missionary couple who were on a mission in Washington, D.C. with them, Mr. and Mrs. Varge Gilchrist. They stayed at the home of Mr. Gilchirst's mother, Edna Milbuss. They visited the Idaho Falls and the Cardsten, Alberta IDS Temples and took in many beautiful sights. Bessie Sandin and Ardith Lunt, Salt Lake City visited with their sister Velma Barney and brother Otto Sandin. They also visited Mr. and Mrs. Neal Clove, an aunt and uncle; and in Hatch with family and friends there, and at their old home in Hatch. The family of Otto and Wenda Sandin held a family reunion at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Laural (Louise) Holman with a cookout. Attending were Virginia Hoesch, Henderson, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Tom (Dorothy) Crosby, Bountiful; Mr. and Mrs. Brent (Mary Ann) Bastian, Richfield; Mr. and Mrs. Reid Wilke and David Hoesch, Henderson, Nev.; Deborah Tucker, Flagstaff, Ariz.; Mr. and Mrs. Dan Weatherbee and Mr. and Mrs. Gale Kessler, Richfield; Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Bastian, Aurora; Laurie Barnson, Austin, Tex.; and Mr." and! Visiting the Wallace Miller's and celebrating their open house on their golden wedding anniversary were Isabll Moore of Chico, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Moore, Fresno, Calif.; Michael Moore, Tucson, Ariz.; Barbara Moore, Aurora, Colo.; Mr. and Mrs. Brett Chidester, Hawaii and Julie Chidester, Havre, Mont. Attending the funeral in Kaysville for Stanley Tebbs were Erna Riggs, Vee Worthen, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Riggs, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Tebbs and Mr. and Mrs. Junior Nay. Vee Worthen was a speaker. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Frandsen, Salt Lake City visited recently with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Frandsen. They left their children with their grandparents while Lloyd and Susan attended legislative meetings in Cedar City for four days. Lawrence and Margaret received word that their son Rodney who is serving a mission in the Houston, Texas mission has been made an assistant to the mission president. Tennys Houston and her sister Cloris Slack, Washington City visited in town during the week with family and friends and took care of some business. Former classmates Mamie D. Hatch, Margaret S. Frandsen, Gloria G. Sevy, Colleen O. Wayne, Beverly R. Crosby and Dona Y. Peterson met together for lunch and just visiting. Mr. and Mrs. Val Henrie, Springville visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Henrie. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Cameron have been their daughter and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Randy (Arlene) Bunker, daughter, Kay Owens all Mesa, Ariz.; and daughter Nancy Walsh, Tacoma, Wash, who will stay for two weeks.
