Show V NOTICE TO WATER USERS The foloowing applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-12523 (61-701) William B. & Diana L. Conn, 3334 Frontier St., Las Vegas, Nv. proposes to correct the point of diversion of 0.015 sec. ft or 2.74 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 50323. The water was to have been diverted from a 6-in well, 100-300 ft. deep, at a point S. 1339 ft W. ' ;. ,' 350 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 2, T37S, R6W; and used for the domestic purposes of 1 family, stockwatering V 45 cattle; and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 0.25 acs. in Lot 1 , SEV4NEV4 Sec. 2, T37S, R6W. Hereafter, 0.015 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from a 6- inch well, 185 ft deep, at a point S. 2183 ft. W. 2598 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 2, T37S, R6W (2 mi upstream from mouth of Mammoth Creek); and used same as heretofore. a-12590 (671-1023) Panguitch City, Panguitch, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion of 2.0 sec. ft of water as evidenced by Cox Decree, dc. 21? The water has been diverted from Three Mile Creek, at a point N. 240 ft W. 3000 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 11, T34S, R6W (4 ml NW of Panguitch); and used for municipal purposes within the corporate limits of Panguitch City. Hereafter, 2.0 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from the following: 1) same as heretofore; 2) a 12-inch well, 320 ft. deep, at a point N. 491 ft. W. 837 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T34S, R5W (1 mi SW of Panguitch); and used same as heretofore. 1-12649 (95-1761) Dennis Ekker, box 34, Hanksville, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.0 sec. ft of water as evidenced by Appl. 54202. The water has been diverted from Crescent Creek, at the following points: 1) N. 100 ft. E. 100 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 25, T31S, RUE; 2) S. 500 ft E. 1200 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 1, T32S, RllE; and used from Feb. 15 to Dec. 31 for Placer mining in SWViSWy Sec. 25, T31S, RllE; NWy4NWy Sec. 1, T32S, RllE. Hereafter, 2.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from Crescent Creek, at the following points: 1 and 2 same as heretofore; 3) S. 200 ft W. 300 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 34, T31S, RllE (21.5 mi SE of Hanksville) ; and used same as heretofore in SWy4SWy4 Sec. 25, T31S, RllE; NWy4NWy4 Sec. 1, T32S, RllE; NEWiNEy4 Sec. 34, T31S, RllE.
