Show NOTICE TO WATEn USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Garfield County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-10544 (89-1261) Clement H. Johnson and LaVon C. Johnson, P.O. Box 5S, Tropic, Ut proposes to change the place and nature of use of 441.35 ac. ft, out of a total of 997.10 ac. ft of water, as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 30654, Change a-8370 ( 89-59). The water has been diverted from four, 12-inch wells, 100-123 ft. deep, at the following points: 1) N. 1100 ft, E. 1225 ft. from the SW Cor., 2) N. 200 ft, W. 200 ft. from the EV4 Cor., both in Sec. 28; 3) S. 100 ft, E. 850 ft from the NW Cor., Sec. 33; 4) N. 2100 ft, W. 300 ft from the SV Cor., Sec. 27; all in T37S, R2W; and used for stockwatering 10 cattle, 2 horses, 50 sheep; and from Aprl. 1 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 410 acs., but limited to the sole supply of 249.12 acs. in WSWV4 Sec. 28; SV4, Sec. 29; NViNEVi, Sec. 32; NWyNWy4, Sec. 33; T37S, R2W. Hereafter, 441.35 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 12-inch well, 100 ft. deep, at a point S. 100 ft, E. 850 ft. from the NW Cor., Sec. 33, T37S, R2W (t mi W of Henrieville); and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stock-watering 10 cattle, 2 horses, 50 sheep, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 110 acs. in the NHNEV4, SEKNWK, NEV4SWy4, SWyNEy4, Sec. 32; NWyNWy4,Sec.33; both in T37S, R2W.
