The water is to be diverted from a 8-inch well, 125 ft. deep, at a point N. 706 ft. W. 633 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 2 T36S, R4W, SLB&M (2V4 ml NW of Ruby's Inn); and used Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 for restroom, sanitary facilities, and other uses within a motel in SEVSEV4 Sec. 2 T36S, R4W, SLB&M.
