The streets' will bo beautifully decorated with festoons of bunting and flags, and tho people arc urged to decorate their homes and carBfor the occasion. Tho business busi-ness houses will bo closed. Three bonds will bq in attendance to give forth joyous strains of music during the entire duy. The ball grounds just below tho cannery have beeiuplaced in good condition for the league game to be played there in the afternoon.
