Show Cannonville Betty Henderson 679-8592 Jerry Pellett on his way home to Hawthorne from the Air Force Academy stopped in to see his grandparents, Elva and Morion Clark. James and Enid (Graff) Terrill also visited them. Enid lived here as a child and had a good time renewing old acquaintances and visiting relatives. John and Charlotte Mathews and sons visited their parents, Joe and Rae Hughes and Don and Louise Mangum. Rosemary Fletcher accompanied her friend, Stephanie Mittner to Pennsylvania for a two week visit with Stephanies family. When they return they will attend summer school at Logan. Mr. and Mrs, Marvin Mangum are here visiting Don and Louise Mangum, Aerial and Mandy Fletcher and their many friends. Audery Davis, daughter of Margaret Davis was baptized and on Sunday was confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her grandparents are Norm and Anna Mae LeFevre. Scott Moss was ordained a deacon on Sunday. He is the only Deacon in the Cannonville Ward. Lorna and Harold Peterson came from Logandale to take Aunt Fern Henderson for her checkup with the doctor and then took her to Cleveland where she will visit Otha and Iris Henderson. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Stock, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Stock, Mr. and Mrs. Doug Stock and their families all of Henderson visited Bert and Arm a Stock. On Friday and Saturday a group of folks went to the St. George Temple. Among those were Don and Louise Mangum, Mandy and Aerial Fletcher, Anita and Alma Fletcher, Joe, Ada and George Thompson, Tom and Gay Shakespear, Bishop and Marva Fletcher, Jim and Erma Clarke. Norm Lefevre is home from Valley Hospital where he went for back surgery. Carol Burroughs has been visiting her mother, Melda Davis this week. Danny and Lynnae Fletcher spent the weekend '.visiting Mandy and Aerial Fletcher. Grant and Katie Evans, Salt Lake City are visiting their father, dave and Gwen Evans. Ardis and Bob Evans, Hatch visited with Irving and Daisy Johnson. |
