Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change and appropriate water in Garfield County throughout the" entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations In SLB4M. a-9033 (61-81) Jack L. An derson, Robert D. Anderson, Land on G. Anderson, c o Rae H. Anderson, P.O. Box 7, Antimony, Utah 84712, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.015 sec. ft of water as evidenced by App. No. 14961, Cert. 3296. The water has been diverted from a 4-lnch well, 54 ft. deep at a point N. 23 ft. and E. 2160 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 26, T31S, R2W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 5000 turkeys, 100 chickens, 5 cattle and 5 horses; and used from Apr. 15 to Oct 1 for the irrigation of 0.045 ac. In SEV4SWV4 Sec. 26, T31S, R2W. Hereafter, 0.015 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from an existing 4-lnch well at a point S. 1360 ft. and W. 1597 ft. from Ey Cor. Sec. 27, T31S, R2W, (3 mi. S of Antimony) ; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 136 cattle and 5 horses; and used from Apr. 15 to Oct. 1 for the irrigation of 0.25 ac. in WHSE V Sec. 27, T31S, R2W. 46839 (61-672) Edward W. & Ruth Kover, 4659 Monterey Circle, Apt. 3, Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. 0.013 sec. ft of water is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 90-150 ft deep at a point N. 320 ft. and E. 1150 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 32, T36S, R5W, (2 ml. S of Hatch); and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 2 horses; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.25 ac. in SWySWy4 Sec. 32, T36S, R5W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications, with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before October 23, 1976. Locations in SLB&M. a-9063 (97-1539) Boulder King Ranchos, Inc., Box C, Kanab, Utah 84741, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0643 sec. ft. of water or 20.0 ac. ft. of water as evidence by Seg. Appl. No. 40416-a. The water has been diverted from a 10-inch well, 100-400 ft. deep at a point S. 700 ft. and E. 1000 ft. from WV Cor. Sec. 35, T32S, R4E; and used for the domestic purposes of 21 families, and used from May 1 to Nov. 30 for the stockwatering of 24 cattle; and used for the irrigation of 1.0 ac. In Sec. 35, T32S, R4E, and Sec. 2, T33S, R4E. Hereafter, 0.0643 sec. ft of water or 20.0 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from two springs as follows : ( 1 ) Cabin Spring at a point N. 1160 ft and E. 1135 ft am SV4 Cor. Sec. 3; (2) BKR Spring at a point S. 1200 ft and W. 500 ft. from NH Cor. Sec. 10, both T32S, R4E, (N of Boulder) ; and used for the domestic and stockwatering same as heretofore; and used from May 1 to Nov. 30 for the Irrigation of 1.0 ac.
