Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice Is hereby given that requests for extension of time within which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation have been filed with the State Engineer, locations in Garfield County, Utah on the following applications: Seg. Appl. No. 30854a (89-1217) filed by Clement h. Johnson, et al of Tropic, Utah covering 4.81 cfs of underground water to be used for domestic and irrigation purposes. It is represented, that under the total project 4 wells have been drilled, 450 acres cleared, leveled and planted. Approximately $75,000 has been expended on the project to date. Additional time is needed to complete the project and make and submit proof of appropriation. Seg. Appl. No. 17821b (61-500) owned by Layton P. Ott of Salt Lake City, Utah covering 0.25 cfs of underground water to be used for irrigation purposes. It is represented that the well has been drilled but additional time is needed to complete the development and make and submit proof of appropriation. Protests resisting the granting of any of these requests with reasons therefor, must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer at 442 State Capitol, Salt lake City, Utah 84114 on or before May 1, 1976. A hearing will be held on these requests before the State Engineer at 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 18, 1976, in the Garfield Co. Courthouse In Panguitch, Utah. Protestants should appear at the hearing.
