Inc., Company, Plaintiff, vs. Gladys Owens, Defendant To be sold at Sheriff's Sale at the front steps of the Garfield County Courthouse In the City of Panguitch, Utah on the 30th day of October, 1975, at 10 a.m., that certain piece or parcel of real property situated in Panguitch, Garfield County, Utah, and described as follows: The North half of Lot 4, Block 42. Plat "B", Panguitch Town Survery, containing 0.612 of an acre, more or less. TOGETHER with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining. SUBJECT to all existing easements and rights of way over across and through the aforesaid land. The purchase price shall be paid in full lawful money of the United States at time of sale.
