Show j I Paiiguitch-Hatch P-TA Outlines Year's Goals Panguitch-Hatch Elementary Parent Teacher Association board have out-lined their objectives for the coming year and would like to encourage parents to attend. 1. Make every Wednesday a dress up day. Have the girls wear dresses and the boys wear nice clothes. 2. The PTA will present the Green Circle Story program again in the class rooms this year. "We feel it was successful last year in encouraging our children to broaden their circle of friends," one committee member said. 3. The PTA membership drive will begin soon and they want to encourage and invite ail the parents, grandparents and uncles and neighbors to join and support the PTA. A workshop for pre-school ' children is being planned to help the parents get their children ready for kindergarten. Details for this program are being worked out and they plan to start after the first of the year. The commission on health and welfare has put posters around town 'Protect Them From Harm'. "We encourage all to take advantage of the Immunization clinic being held the first Tuesday of each month from 10 a.m. to noon," Carmen Kuebits, Health and Welfare chairman stressed. The clinic is located at 75 North 2nd East panguitch, next to Dr. Wallace Lee's office. For further information call 676-8866. |
