Show Tropic Topics Ella Adair 674-2311 Mae Chynoweth is a patient in the hospital tn Cedar City recovering ' om recent surgery. Ethel Hatch is in Grantsville visiting with her son and daughters. Paul and Keela Mangum made a trip to Zion Park Saturday to take their horses to be used on the trail rides. Larry and Ray Leon are visiting at their mothers in Tropic. Bill Pollock and Stacey Janes were visitors at the Larvin Pollock home Satruday. Esther, L.Dee, Mr. and Mrs. McKailiff and Mr. and Mrs. Vance Shakespear visited at the Obie Shakespear home over the weekend. Val and Susie Shakespear came from Provo to spend the weekend with the Vernal Shakespears. Sharron and Gary By bee were home over the weekend. Susan Lynch was home from college. While here she got acquainted with her new baby sister. . Mr. and Mrs. Malen Mecham, and Glcnna Pollock were in Cedar City Saturday. The Norman Littleflelds enjoyed a visit from their granddaughter this past weekend. Lyle J. and Lisa LeFevre came home for Mother's Day. Several of the Tropic people attended the wedding reception in Cannonville Saturday. Alan Munson is the new custodian for the church. Elizabeth Barton enjoyed a visit from her daughters Floriene and Fonnetta Barney, and families, Sunday. The Gem Johnsons had their children from Provo as weekend guests. Mr. and Mrs. Dar Smith from St. George visited with the Earl Jolleys Sunday. Speakers in sacrament meeting Sunday were Earl Jolley and Clele Fletcher representing the high council. Montyne Adair and Crystal Mangum sang a special Mother's Day song. Guy Thompson was released as a Sunday school teacher and Gary .. . sustained in his place. Alaska and Nakole Kiu.-.i:, Pat Francisco, the John Niemann family, Paula Richards, Tammy and Mira Loy Ott, Larvin. Eva. Marian and Pauline Pollock, were among those from Tropic in Richfield Saturday. Anyone wishing to have wheat ground may do so at Relief Society on Tuesday mornings. A special P.T.A. meeting will be held Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. in the school. All parents are invited to attend. The Sherrill Lamb family visited with the Lester Clarkes Saturday. Wanda Shakespear enjoyed a visit from her sons Darwin and Tom for Mother's Day. Mr. and Mrs. George Jolley attended the wedding of the daughter of Donald Whittaker in the Mantl LDS Temple this past week. They also spent the weekend at their home In Angle. The E.R.
