Show Local and Society TO WED Miss Kathcryn McMullln Mr. and Mrs. Marriner McMullln of Randlett announce the engagement and forth coming marriage of their daughter, Katheryn, to Lyle Talbot, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Talbot of Pangultch. They have set February 19 as their wedding date. Miss McMullln is a 1068 graduate of Union High, 1070 graduate of Dixie Jr. College, and is now attending BYU. Mr. Talbot graduated from Pangultch High School In 1067, attended Southern Utah State College for one year, served two years in the Army, one of which was spent in Vietnam. He is now employed in Salt Lake City. BARNEY MARBLE The St. George Temple was the setting for the Saturday, Jan. 30, wedding of Laraine Barney and Bruce H. Marble. A wedding dinner was given at the Trefelga Restaurant afterward for 30 guests. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Barney of Hatch. She is a graduate of Pangultch High School and at present is attending BYU. The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum A. Marble of Garland, served an LDS mission to France and is now attending BYU. Bridesmaids were Barbara Dalton, Karleta Rlggs, Janell and Janett Barney. Best man was John Burton. A reception was held that evening in the Hatch Cultural Hall. Attending the wedding in St. George from Hatch were the LaMar and the Layton Barneys, the O. B. and A. W. Huntlngtons, the Ivor Rlggs, Leland Rlggs, Effel Rlggs, E. F. Turek, Howard Prince, the Bob Evans, and Mrs. Clarence Cameron of Springville who is visiting at the LaMar Barney home for a week. |
