Ruby Moore, and Layton Smiths. Ruby went to West Jordon and Ogden to visit the Layton Moore family and Champ Moore. She will visit her sisters at Salt Lake City. Allene Riddle, Leelda Dunham, Karen and Roger Dutton went to Ogden to visit their sister Idonna Geyer. Allene had a medical appointment at Salt Lake City. Janet Evans received word oi me oirtn ot a grandson born to Joyce and Clint Warby of Cedar City. A tiny sister helped welcome the baby brother. Rett and Kenny Shakespear came from Washington to eet Eddie Smith, E. R. and Eddie Shakespear to go to Coalville to visit the Danny Shakespear family and hunt deer with him. He took Verdee Deuel to his home at Kearns. Melba Smith spent Saturday at Panguitch with her mother Mildred Deuel and visiting 0-mer and Cecil Reid of Las Vegas. The Relds then spent the weekend at Escalante at the Melvin Alvey home. Christine Newby, a niece of Teora, Is here visiting with the Dewey Willis family. Cecil went to Monroe to hunt with his uncle Calvin Newby. Ronald and Patsy Clark of rocaieuo, mary uaroi izaii, Kay and Laura Clark of Glen Canyon attended funeral services for Gary Clark. They visited at the Eugene Quilters and with other relatives and friends. Kay and Laura spent this weekend here. The program in Sacrament meeting was presented by the ' David Rose family. Talks were given by Kerry, Delpha, Col-lette and Dave. Poem by Lore-11 and Troy. Song by Jeanne and Loreli accompanied by Co-llette, and organ and piano selection by Jeanne and Collette. Then Dave sang "I Believe," accompanied by Jeanne Rose. Dave and Kathryn Pollock and boys of Cedar City visited the Ken Gouldlng family over the weekend and Dave got In some hunting. Those celebrating birthdays last week and this week are , Maggie Willis and Marilyn Partner. Harry and Thora Partner received word of the arrival of a granddaughter born Oct 20 to Joyce and Lee Sorensen of Long Beach, Calif. The other grandparents are the Burke Sorensens of OrderviUe. Grayson and Evelyn Parry visited the Harry Partners and he hunted deer 'with Harry on Monday. Linda Larson and two children are here visiting her parents, Kay and Maggie Willis. Dave and Eda Quilter left Tuesday to visit Willard and Verda Craig, then on to visit daughter Gladys and Kent Johnson and family. Visiting at the Frank Moore home over the weekend were the Doyle Neilson family of Sunset and the Lyman Shep-pards of Springville who got their deer. ueioy Mecham and daughter of Las Vegas spent the weekend at the Darreld Neilsons. Visiting Roxie Chynoweth i and other relatives were Johnny, Katie and Bruce Morton of Farmlngton and Mary Schultz and three children of Lehi. |
